Join M. Wells’s Hugue Dufour and Sarah Obraitis, in conversation with Adam Gopnik, for a one-night-only multi-course meal with wine.
Hugue Dufour and Sarah Obraitis opened the Quebeco-American diner M. Wells, in Long Island City, in 2010. The restaurant was named one of the top new restaurants of 2011 by the Times and Bon Appetit, and has since reopened as M. Wells Dinette, inside MOMA P.S.1. A new restaurant, M. Wells Steakhouse, will open in Long Island City at the end of the year. Previously, Dufour was a partner at Au Pied de Cochon in Montreal. Obraitis remains a partner in Heritage Foods USA.
